Booking requests
must be made by email in the first instance, and we can then discuss your needs and whether I have space available that week. The first person to book will be able to choose from first, second or third lessons of the day. Times given will be approximate and may change ± half an hour.
Please do book early, especially in the school holidays, to avoid disappointment.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance can either be paid in cash in resort before the first lesson, or by PayPal 3 weeks in advance of your holiday.
Payment in cash must be in euros, but payment by PayPal can be arranged in sterling, in which case the exchange rate displayed on the PayPal website on the day of invoicing will be used.
A Terms and Conditions Contract will be sent to you which you must complete and return to Easiski. There are slight differences between the T & C's for private or group lessons. The payment terms for both are:
"I understand that if I cancel the lessons I will lose my deposit, and that if I cancel within 1 month of the booked lessons I will be liable to pay 50% of the price of the lessons. If I cancel within 1 week of the booked lessons I will be liable to pay the whole amount."
Pay in either Sterling or Euros by credit/debit card with
I can send you a PayPal invoice in advance, and you can pay in the currency of your choice. You have only to ask. You don't need to have a PayPal account either, only a credit/debit card and an email address. All ski lesson deposits (25% of the whole) are paid by PayPal invoice.
If you prefer to pay the whole amount by PayPal, then payment must reach me at least 7 days before your holiday. Therefore you must request to pay via PayPal at least 3 weeks before your holiday dates. The PayPal charge of 2.5% will be added to your invoice.
If you opt to pay in sterling then the PayPal exchange rate on the day of invoicing will be used.
